People seek therapy for so many different reasons. You may be facing a life transition, noticing patterns in your relationships, questioning your identity or merely feeling stuck. As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where we can honor your feelings and move towards a full and meaningful life. As defined by you.
My therapeutic approach is very collaborative and unique to each client. With a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy, I also incorporate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment theory and interpersonal therapeutic approaches.
Most important to me is creating a safe, trusting and respectful environment where clients can explore their thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and relationships. Together we will consider patterns, notice opportunities for reflection and seek to make meaningful change.
