I am currently In Network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), the BCBS NC State Health Plan and Aetna (including Duke Basic and Duke Select). I maintain a portion of my practice for sliding scale clients, please reach out to learn more.

My practice is currently out-of-network with other insurers. If you choose to work with me as an out-of-network provider, you will be responsible for my full rate at the time of each session. I am glad to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to call your insurance provider before our session to clarify if you have out-of-network coverage with your specific plan.
